Chitosan Lactate is a water-soluble organic acid salt of chitosan formed by combining chitosan with lactic acid. It maintains the natural biocompatibility, biodegradability, and antimicrobial characteristics of chitosan while offering excellent solubility in neutral water. Owing to its mild acidity and gentle interaction with biological systems, it is widely used in pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, biomedical materials, and food preservation. Particularly suitable for applications requiring non-toxic, bioactive, and water-soluble polysaccharides, such as wound healing, drug delivery, and moisturizing formulations.

Storage
